Eric Thrasher, CLHMS, Owner
Eric has been involved in the real estate industry for the majority of his life, is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™ (CLHMS) and has earned The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing’s Million Dollar GUILD™ recognition for experience, knowledge, and expertise in million-dollar and above residential properties. He grew up in a home of interior designers that worked with luxury homes and property developments. Being owner of Thrasher Aparicio is a perfect fit. Partnered with RE/MAX Results, Eric is a top producing individual agent in the organization. From previous years as the owner of a franchising company, Eric and his company have painstakingly developed intricate systems and staffing to help deliver a world class experience to his clients. Eric has a passion for several non-profit organizations including Unbound.org, Erin’s House for Grieving Children and a portion of every closing goes to Children’s Miracle Network to support Riley Hospital. Eric’s group comes with a long history of work in the high-end service industry, technology, social media, finance and communications. Eric’s goal is to deliver a red carpet luxury experience to his clients. Eric’s passions are his wife, Gema Aparicio, and his children. He loves writing and playing guitar, traveling, interior design and the arts.
Gema Aparicio phd, OWNER
Gema Aparicio is originally from Spain. She moved to Fort Wayne, Indiana in 1997. After immigrating to the United States, Gema held several customer service positions in the financial industry. In 2006, she started her own Spanish translation and interpretation company. Gema has been a successful business owner for over a dozen years. Her customer service skills coupled with her entrepreneurial skills serve to support RE/MAX Results Thrasher Aparicio staff in the provision of excellent care to their clients and business partners. Gema earned a Master of Science degree in Economic History from the London School of Economics, U.K., and a PhD degree in Economics from the University of Zaragoza, Spain. She has actively volunteered in the community for several years. Currently she is a member of the Stillwater Hospice (previously Visiting Nurse) Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee and volunteers at Erin’s House for Grieving Children. Gema is married to Eric Thrasher and loves spending time with family and friends, attending cultural events, and traveling. Gema has visited over 23 countries and is excited to see more of the world with Eric.
